Support
Getting help
Support is by email. There is no in-app chat and no account system, because the app does not talk to a server.

Response times
Email is answered within two business days, Monday to Friday, Central European Time. A first reply is not always a fix — for protocol-level problems it is usually a request for a capture. Commercial licence reissues are normally handled the same business day.
Bug reports
What to include
Because nothing is reported automatically, a useful bug report has to come from you. Include all of the following:
App version
Shown on the app's about screen — for example 1.15.0.
Android version and device
Manufacturer, model and Android release.
Adapter model and transport
For example 'PCAN-USB FD over USB' or 'ELM327 clone over Bluetooth LE'.
Protocol and settings
Bus type, bitrate, whether listen-only was enabled, and any DBC file in use.
Crash-log export
Use the app's crash-log export and attach the file. Logs stay on the device until you send them.
What you expected and what happened
Plus a capture export if the problem is in decoding or timing.
Captures can contain vehicle identifiers such as a VIN. Review a file before sending it, and redact anything you would rather not share.
